For those who need a fresh start and don't like the hustle and bustle of the big chain gyms.


Run by personal trainers, for you!


Individual programs provided and update regularly, to follow yourself or with a qualified trainer.


Access the space 7 days a week, 4.30am to 10.30pm (Subject to membership level)


We're moving away from and streamlining the typical gym model.


Exclusive training space, with small amounts of people per session.


Expert coaching, supporting your autonomy, confidence and development.


Our new space suits any health and fitness goals you may have, whether it is strength and conditioning, sports specific training, functional and skills based training or injury rehabilitation, we offer coaching support to help with your physiological needs and goals.

I hated exercise before I started training with Tashi and MBFF but now I absolutely love training! All the classes are challenging yet fun and I’ve noticed real results. I feel so much stronger, healthier and happier. And training outdoors with an ocean view, what more could you want! Tashi and the trainers are all so experienced, patient and helpful, and push you to get the most out of every session. All the other ladies are lovely to train alongside, it’s a great group. I can’t imagine training anywhere else!
